Banana Moon Altrincham takes pride in sharing that the quality of our staff team is of utmost importance.

All our staff go through a rigorous recruitment process and then once on board, they have a 3 month induction period consisting of training and development.  Here at BMA, we go one step further and have been encouraging our staff team to take on a new training course each week, of their choice, that they feel would enhance the quality of what they deliver to our children.  Using the 3Is approach, Intent, Implementation and Impact, they choose and take their course, put in place the enhancements for children, and share the impact with their team/parents.

We strongly believe that LEARNING IS LIFE LONG, not just for our children but for our team as well!

On that note, some of the main courses that all staff are REQUIRED to complete are:

* safeguarding
* food safety & hygiene
* FGM
* British Values and the Prevent Duty
